Our favorite Chef Fabrizio will be back again to cook us some amazing meals, and one night we’ll all join him in the kitchen to learn, have fun, and make dinner together!
I also recently completed a teacher training in Qi Gong which I’m so excited to introduce you all to. You’ll enjoy a calming practice and become enlightened on the 5 organs/spirits that govern many of our health and emotions.
