This year I will be joined by Tracy Griffiths who is not only my teacher, but an amazing healer and a really great friend.

Together, we are going to bring you a weekend filled with gentle & restorative yoga, healing practices, intuitive movement, breath work, journaling, great food and, most importantly, connection and friendship.
